Hey there everyone, I am 29, female, 5' 6.5" former trainer. Currently workout about 5 or 6 days per week. Gained about 20 pounds after college, work full time, get up early to hit the gym, I have hit the plateau.

This year I lost 4 inches off my waist, went down 6% bodyfat with the help of the body for life program. I want to lose another 13 pounds and at least another 5% to get back to my 145 weight. My new husband is a constant 5% bodyfat year round and eats whatever he wants!!

Any tips on how to push past the plateau? I figured this online support would really help me out. I want my six pack back now!
