i need lots of motivation i am such a lazy person ...lol....i did workout this morning and i been drinking water like crazy and eating proetiens...like hard boiled eggs and havent got ta lunch time yet ,, i keep craving the sugar and wanna lie my big ole butt on couch.for lunch illl have a salad and steak .and snack a protien shake
This is the site for the motivation. Also try and get a workout partner that enjoys working out. I didn't have anyone so I relied on FT to help me along and it was great.
