Fruit and Veg won't do it, water or any beverage won't do it. Bread is a no no. I find that sometime I feel like something to snack, like right now. Any ideas?!

I always cook strips of chicken on my Foreman grill and keep them in the refrigerator for snacks - use different seasonings to add some variety. I usually try to have some protein, carbs, fat w/ my snacks; really I just eat a lot of small meals. Protein shakes and bars will work, cottage cheese w/ fruit and cereal, eggs, etc. If you have a small meal every few hours you won't really need snacks, or you'll find a piece of fruit really will tide you over 'til your next meal.

That's a good idea with the chicken....I like to spread some peanut butter on rice cakes, for protein, carbs, and good fat....

I like peanut butter on rice cakes, too, I'd forgotten all about that! Used to eat it all the time.

It is to bring a post back up to the top of the list. It's also used when some one agrees with your post.

My favorite Not-So-Guilty snack is sugar free Jello pudding made with skim milk. Chocolate Fudge mixed with Banana Cream rocks!
