Okay I am currently back into training, so far I try to do atleast 1 mile of cardio but I am looking to get back alot of the muscle that I have lost. I've went to a few doctors and all have told me the same that I can't do any type of lifting or workout routine that puts stress on my inner should(the force needed when you do a pushup) because I have a subluxation in both of my shoulders and until I get surgury there is a risk all the time that my shoulder might just pop out. But I am not planning to due the surgury no earlier then next spring so I am giving myself about a year to bulk up muscle wise. So if anyone can help me out with a detailed routine or just advice that'd be awsome, I've tried the one on the website just some of the items I just cannot do. Looking forward to getting back into the fun of lifting. Thanks in advance.

So, what can you do with your uppe body - we can't help you unless we know your limitations.
Focus on heavy leg work - believe it or not it will help your upper body grow also.

Would strengthening your rotator cuffs help prevent subluxation at all?

what would you suggest for rotator cuffs and also what would you say is a better overall cardio (stairs, bike, eliptical, etc.)?
