If anyone has any links/programs they have experience with please let me know. I am currently researching a few new programs, and am looking for a good all around mass training program. I'm looking to add some size specifically to arms and legs, as well as other body parts, so any help would be appreciated.

Bropie , have you looked at the deepsquatter archive? There is a program called 3x3's which does exactly what you're looking for if you're talking about squats, deads and bench.
