hey i need to loose 15lbs by may 15. is this a realistic goal if so what i can i do to get there. we just purchased a new treadmill so i'm very excited and very motivated. i also wanna loose a total of 25 before summer hits help me out ya'll!:big_smile:

That will be about 2lbs per week... It's doable. But how hard you have to work at will depend on your current weight. If your relatively heavier, it will be easier to lose that weight. But if your weight is already in pretty good range, it will be much harder.:)

essentialy you have to eat, usually just slightly less. Or look at your whole eating habits thing and ensure you have a good healthy eating plan... Then even rougher at first is the encouragement into a permanent new lifestyle of exercise. SO....
Try 15 mins early morning on the treadmill after breakfasting on oats or summat and again of an evening do a full workout here till you can do up to 40 mins good cardio and sweat hard. have 2 days off in a week. never eat less than 1200 calories... search fit buddy for the ''basal metabolism calculator'', drink loads of water..

Set other goals like in a two week period you will get your heart rate up to 10bpm more than before on the treadmill, or do a 10 min mile,, or manage 100 situps in 4 minutes.
