I have a problem regarding the uniformity of my body. while I am weak and iron training from the waist and over my legs are thick. Once someone advised to lose much fat from all my body and then i could loose fat from my feet.That had effective laws to lose all the muscle mass in my upper body and my post and I started to lose from the legs back fat.That did not make my body to seems well.I would like you to tell me what to do to walk slimmer and woody walk without me to have negative effects on the rest of my body.please help me:
