hey i just wanted to know if anyone had any advice on loosing baby fat my son is two and i cant seem to loose any of it i gained 40 pounds and want to loose it now any suggestions please help
Unfortunately baby fat is the same as gaining weight the "normal" way. We still have to bust our butts to get it off. My oldest is 2 1/2 and youngest is 6 months after having them I had about 35 lbs to lose. I've lost 10 so far doing the Free trainers home workout twice a week and going to the gym once a week. Combine that with eating no junk food, cutting back on high fats foods, and processed foods I am losing about a lb a week. Healthy range for weight loss is 1-2 lbs a week. As moms we ten to put everyone else first and forget to take care of ourselves. The number 1 thing is make sure you eat! Skipping meals simply slows your metabolism and makes it that much harder to lose the weight. It actually boosts your metabolism when you have 3 meals and 2-3 snacks (all healthy) a day.
