I am in pretty good shape. I run everyday after my workouts. I have trouble eatting right because i am a freshmen in college. The cafeiteria food is fatty. I eat small portions now. But the only place that does not seem to be sliming down is my love handles. Any advice is much apperciated.
Good morning kanno - it sounds like you already know the answer - - Diet - unfortunately, the first place that stores fat is often the last place to lose it. Cut down on the body fat and the love handles should go away. Sometimes genetics plays a part and it's even harder to adjust for that.
Make sure you cardio moderately for at least 20 minutes ...this is the time where your body will start to burn fat....Also, try to keep track of what you are eating....I know its hard...(Im a single Marine who lives on base with only a microwave)....I still stay hard! Stay Motivated!
