Really? Can it be so?

that's crap... the only way you can lose so much weight in three days is probably by cutting a limb off, but that's probably not too healthy... losing more than two pounds a week isn't a good idea, so don't let this insane ads confuse you...

Wow, if it were only that simple. Losing that much weight so quickly would scare me. What would that do to your insides? WAIT!! I don't wanna know! :big_smile: Either way, the quicker you lose the weight the easier and faster it all piles back on. Just try using a healthy lifestyle,not the easy way out. Watch your fats, sugars and all that jazz and get a good exercise routine going. Yay for Cardio! :):dumbbell:
