Hi :)
I would like to lose the little saddlebags I have accumulated. I am afraid of doing squats because I have very bulky quads from lifting weights a long time ago. I build muscle very fast, but I want it to be lean. Any suggestions? I am running 3-4 times a day now and do see some results.

Haha, I meant 3 to 4 times a week not a day. yikes.

Proper diet is your key. No exercise is going to hit any "spot" to reduce it. Fat comes off from all over.
