I'm 6 foot 1 but I weight 170 lbs. The problem is I don't look like I weigh that because my stomach is really flabby. I'm not sure if this is just excess skin because of the weight I've lost or if it' possible to get rid of it. I'm 19 yrs. old/male and I was just wondering if it is possible to lose this flab? What should my diet and workout routine consist of? I don't want to lose any more weight!
