Hi, I am new to the FT community and wanted to say "Hi" first of call=)...I am a female who has been heavily working out for the past 2 years and I went from being 145 lbs./size 9/sluggish to 122 lbs./size 3/and very energetic. I have one problem though, I want to lose another couple of inches and have some ab muscles! I just want to overcome a plateau that I have reached and wanted to see if any experts have any advice for me..Thanks!
