I am a female and I need to lose about 20-25 lbs in 3 months.:( I started drinking that slim-fast and I am watching what I eat. I would also like to start exercising.:angry: I REALLY want to lose some inches in the tummy area. What would you recommend? Thanks, Sandy:love:
I would recommend losing the slim fast and just eat clean. There are several threads on here about that. You also should be doing cardio and weightlifting.
