i need to lose like 5 pounds but my weight it is fine. although i would like to harden my stomach i do crunches everynight but how can i make that fat go away. it seems like my stomach is getting bigger
sigmarsson is right.
You will have to do more than just crunches (full body workout) and eat good foods that contain healthy nutreints.
Throw away everything that comes in a box or can.
You will make some great progreass in time.
