Is it possible for me to lose 15 pounds by April 19, just cutting carbs and doing cardio?

Yes, but it wouldn't be very healthy. Are you trying to get to a particular size? One of the most important things I have learned about fitness is to take inches vice pounds. I way the same I did before I had my baby, but I am about 4 pants sizes smaller. This is due to muscle mass versus fat mass. A healthy weight to lose is about 2 pounds per week. I would stick with weight training, cardio, and depending on your weight now and current carb intake, you may be able to cut some carbs out.

do NOT cut carbs out of your diet because once you start using up your resources then your body wont have anything to feed off of except fat which is good but you also need energy for your body.

Well, I'm 6ft tall 180lbs, but I'm going on a trip April 19, and I'm trying to get down to 165lbs by then. I'm trying to lose as much weight as possible by then. Currently, I walk/jog 2 miles and do curls, sit-ups, and calf raises 3 times a week. Is there something I should change or add?
