Where the heck is your protein? Looks like a carb rich diet to me. Take a peek in the diet forums to get a better start at it.
Is your evening meal around 900 calories, or is that your daily total?
There's an old saying about how you space your calories throughout the day. It says: Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, dinner like a pauper. Basically what it means is that if your going to take in a lot of calories in a meal, do it early on in the day, because at night your body is starting to wind-down.

Hi my name is Joan. I need to lose 16Kg in 5 months ,
at the moment my diet consists of cereal fruit, tune wholemeal bread and evening meal which is around 900 calaries.
Am I on the right track?:)

welcome. Are you on the right track not even close. Starving yourself is not the way to a healthy lifestyle and weight. Your body will hold onto weight to keep from starving. Be truthful with the nutritional planner and keep a food log. Also put together a fitness plan that combines weights and cardio. 30 lbs or 16 kg is attainable in 5 months this way. You will also find that by building muscle mass you will have a better shape.

You should be consuming around 12 calories per pound of body weight, in order for you to reduce. Like the others have said, you are no where near to eating enough. Make sure your cereal is high fiber and eat more complex carbs, Protein and healthy fats.

i need help i have ten kids and belly fat 5 is over the age of 20 and 5 under sticking to a set plan is very hard but i need to try and help will be great

just started my workout plan with free trainers today, my weight is 250lbs and i am 37 years old and i need to lose 50 pounds(I just do not know what to eat,this calorie thing has me lost)
