I hate looking at my stomach, I have sorta like a beer belly. Can you guys tell me a fast way I can lose the fat on my stomach. I do crunches a lot,cause its part of my ft workout plan.

Unfortunately, you can do all the crunches in the world, and without diet your abs will never show. As I have posted before, if you don't change your diet and build stomach muscles, you will most likely look even fatter, because the added muscle under the fat will push out the stomach even farther. So take a good look at your diet. Good luck...

My nutrition plan is Fat Loss and Toning. So to lose the fat and start showing the abs all I need to do is follow how many proteins, carbohydrates, calories and fat I should have each day right? And also keep doing those workouts.
