Hi. My name is Cassie. I have recently loosed some weight, I used to be 138, now I am currently 125 and taller, too. My goal weight is 111-113.5, I need to loose at least 1-2 pounds per week, I don't know how many calories to take in.
Plus: Is this good for excersinging? Walking 15-30 mins a day, every single day of the week?
