I'm 18 years old, 5'7", and am 157-ish lbs.
I want to lose 15-ish pounds before August.
Is there anyone out there, willing to provide me a good way to diet?
Right now I am trying to cut back from the fast-food, etc.
But I need someone who's actually lost weight by dieting to give me a good diet I could follow.
I have a strong will-power if I want to acheive something, and right now, the best thing I can do is diet.
I've tried even getting my mother to diet with me, but it seems impossible.
I don't drive, therefore I can't join a gym and get to any weights, etc.
I work part-time, getting ready to be full-time, and simply don't have the time to get out and do something.
If anyone is willing to help me, I'd be fully grateful.
I've cut out all of the soda from my diet, and am on water, but reading around, I'm not drinking enough of that
So if anyone has a diet I could go by day-to-day that actually works, please tell me. I'd love to hear it!
