Sounds like what you're doing is working, but you're getting impatient. Keep rockin'. It'll just take time. Check your diet. Keep a log of everything you ingest and look at the timing of your caloric intake.

I've been working out very regularly (5x week) doing both cardio & weight training all summer. I've followed closely a weight program from this website along with a protein packed diet. However, even though I'm up to doing the elliptical 5x week @ 1 hr each time, I can't seem to get rid of my small(er) gut. I've noticed big-time gains in muscle definition as well as seeing some ab muscles, but I can't lose my "love handles" and small gut. Any ideas for a specific program that might get me there??
