Hey everyone,
I have a question. I'm on a mission to lose 7lbs of fat. My diet consists of high protein, lots of fruits/veggies, and low starch/breads etc. I do heavy, intense cardio & strengh training 3 times a week, but I'm not losing any weight at all. I've tried to shock my body in various ways, but it seems I'm stuck at 140lbs. I'm about 13- 15% body fat and I'm looking to decrease it to about 8 - 10%. Is it possible that I'm losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time? Because I think I see a difference in my muscle definition, but, I'm just not losing any weight.
Does anyone know whats going on with me?

Are your creating a caloric deficet? Yes high protein is crutiacl as well as good carbs.....but what bout your fats? Don't look at weight, look at inches......measure your waist, chest arms etc. if your losing inches then thats good. Howver if your trying to lose weight, your not gonna be able to build much muslce if any at all. You might be only taking in calories to maintain your weight. that is your eating say 3000 calories a day, and using 3000 calories a day. You need to eat 3000calores a day, and use 3500 calories, those extra calories your buring will add up to body fat lost.
