Hey
Im interested in losing the last bit of fat mainly on my stomach and a bit on my thighs! I really want that tonned look with a 6 pac! I already have cuts on my arms and a good chest! I just read somewhere that It is impossible to lose fat whilst building muscle :0 Is that true??? What should I do! Im currently doing weights 2 to 3 times a week and cardio 4 days a week and I consume a lot of protein and very low fat!

Will it be better for me to just do cardio and lose the fat before doing weight training?

Any suggestions, much help appreciated!
Thanks guys!

Unless you have good genetics, it is rather difficult to do both. If you are done with the mass gaining phase, you should begin your cutting phase. Here's where you up your cardio activity to lose that last bit of fat.

Keep up the weight training, though, as this will help you maintain that "hard" look.

Good luck!
