Try doing dips and decline press to build more mass on your lower chest. But don't neglect overall chest development. Flat bench for the middle and over all chest and incline bench for the upper chest. Pushups are also great for chest. As for fat loss putting on more muscle helps burn it around the clock and cardio and diet are additional tools for fat loss. You're right about spot reduction.

Gaurang,
you are right that spot-reducing is not possible. There are a few exercises which target the lower chest well, which will tone the muscle tissue and aid with the reduction of fat. These consist of dips (lean forward), declined flyes and presses as well as cable exercises.
Good Luck!

id like to add to gaurangs question even i have considerable amount of fat on the chest(tits, as most ppl call it :) so far iv been avoiding intensive weight training on the chest since i did not want it to further get bulky. is this right? or should i intensify my chest training like the rest of my body to help the fat go away? i also jog in the evenings as my cardio. so would a very muscular chest help cut the fat in the region?

Like gurveer, I want to reduce the fat on the top half of my chest. I have been told that basic press-ups should help, but are there any other exercises that I can use?
Cheers
