losing fat in chest area and 6 pack

my problems is that i have fat in my chest, i know it is not that G thing because i have had this problem since i was 5 if i can remember. now i am trying to get rid of it. I would like to know which formula works better.
In 1 Day
I jog for about 1 hour 30 minutes, and 30 minutes of swimming. This totals for around 750 + 250 for a grand total of 1000 calorise burned from cardio excercise. I cut around 500 cals from how much im suppose to eat which is a total of 1500 calories burned, but the problem is that i eat 1500 calorise a day.

If i add this up for a week I eat about 10,500 calories while losing 10,500 calories a week. Will I lose weight from this becuase i saw diets where u only lose 7000, a week and yet they eat like 12,550 caloreis a week, but they subtract it from the 12,550 and get 5500 and say taht how much they eat while burning 7000.
So if i use there formula by subtracting how much i lose to the amount i eat it would be 0 calories and id be losing 10,500 calories which is not normal to me. Along with the excercises listed above I also do crunches, 300 a week for upper abs, and 150 for lower abs, and 100 for obliques.

My Next Method
I eat 1200 calories a day.
On a daily basia I lose 1450. Does that mean I only lose 250 calories a day.
However if i use what most calorie diets use which where i subtract how much i lose from how much i am eating. That would mean im eating -250 calories, while losing upt o 1450 plus the 250 from the negative, which would mean im losing that much a day which is impossible. ANd in the course of the week that would be equivalent to nearly 3lbs a week. So im guesssing the 250 calories a day sounds more real.

How do i remove the fat from my chest, i know doing cardio and lowering my body fat level does it but how long, from the excercise im doing the 2nd one is the one im currently sticking to. Will taht in time allow me to lose body fat chest, and for abs what should i be doing, please help.
