i was curious, i took a appetite suppressant to help aid in weight loss a month ago,(i know, stupid mistake) and got pretty thin. However,after i got off the pills, i gained about 15 pounds in 4 weeks. problem is, alot of its fat, however i do lift weights so i actually look bigger do to the muscle i have. i also do high intensity cardio 45-60 minutes 5 times a week. how do i get rid of the top layer of fat i have recently put on? any info will help, thanks!
