i wondered if there was ever a progamme for young teenagers like myself who shruggle with their weight like i do. i shruggled with my weight from the time i was going to school. i tried lots of diets , fat burners watching what i eat an nothing worked for me.

Start getting active. Do some walking/jogging, or ride a bike. Just get up and moving. Maybe you need to watch your diet a little closer. Try eating around 8-9 calories per pound of your body weight per day. Make sure to keep the fat intake and SIMPLE carbs(sugars, white breads/pastas) low. Drink plenty of water, and space your calories out evenly through the day.
