im too thin. i always have been. im a 27 year old female, 5 3 and some inches and weigh 48 kilos. i'd like to be able to put a bit more meat on prefereably muscle. somehow when i look up advice on fitness, it is all about losing weight. surely there must be ppl out there who have trouble gaining weight. i'd like to be able to widen my thighs and hips , develop my calves, feel stonger and better. i have been exercising for 2 months and for the most part i seem to be losing weight.. with really no improvements in size.
Get in the habit of eating every 2 1/2 hours. This will help increase your intake of food. Setting a particular time instead of just eating when you are hungry will be a huge help.
