Hi, just started going back to the gym adn was wondering if running will help lose the pounds faster, rite now i just want to get rid of a good 15 pounds before i start hitting the weights or is a combination of weights and running better?
Weight training and cardio exercise go together. The weights help you to even burn more calories and continue to do so even while sleeping!
Of course you have to have a healthy diet to go with it.
