I had a baby 3.5 months ago and I am having trouble losing weight now. When I was breastfeedi8ng at the beginning I lost 30lbs easy with no change in diet or exercise. I stopped breastfeeding at 2 months but I plateaued with my weight loss at around 1 month postpartum. Does anyone know how to get over the plateau hump? I train at least 3 times per week, don't eat after 6pm and still the scale is not moving??????? I have about 30lbs to get to my natural (desired) weight.
