Thank you reckin for your opinion, but it was in fact a hacker. What he did was malicious and on a large scale, this is just one of the leftovers. George has assured us that he will be pursuing legal action against the poster and hopefully we won't have this kind of thing again.

no I didn't try the link I just mean he tried to make it an actual link on this webpage so you could just click on it from this page. anni313 I absolutely meant no offense, but I'm in computer systems tech and it isn't overly hard to do what was on the page, thankfully its gone though, so no harm no foul. So how bout those love handles please tell me how to get rid of them :)

Hey guys, I'm 5'7", 215. I have the spare tire going around the waist, but my upper body is starting to look good. Whats the best way to get rid of the gut? I've been looking at the other posts, I see that weight training seems to be more of a focus than cardio, but isn't that the only way to lose the gut? Thanks.

Why is rebelcokeday the first poster on this thread?

proper diet. no bad fats, only good fats..
cardio after your workout, sit ups.(side crunches, front crunches, roman chair twists, etc).. mix up the ab workouts a lot and do cardio after your workout.. Not even necessarily right after. even 8 hours after your workout to do cardio is helpful

are ab machines any good. We have the torso twist one for the love handles and the one where you sit down and lean forward. Also, do you have any other suggestions about how to lose the love handles?....anybody?

I sent an email to Mutt asking him to zap it. rebelcokeday is the hacker from over the weekend and for some reason some of the posts are just reappearing I guess.

Hacker? I don't think so its simply a person using an account with an email address they don't care about and cut and pasted the same sentence over and over, the link for the website doesn't even work....what a joke! HA!
