Nothing worth having comes easy. 15 pounds is a steep goal. Realistically, with the right training and eating habits 8-10 is a more likely number.
Don't get caught up with pills or fad diets. The results rarely last. Start changing your eating habits and make a good, honest effort to get active. Remember, it's diet, strength training , and cardio for the best, and most permanent results.
