Hi, my name is Nicole. I'm new to this site and really want to lose weight. First off, I don't have any equipment, so I signed up for the home training, but I noticed that the exercises are mostly for building mass, which is what I want to avoid. I want to lose weight and tone my muscles, I was just wondering if there is a program for my needs in the comfort of my own home. Thanks and hope to hear from someone.
Hi Nicole. I have done the home program - and the exercises don't build mass. they do exactly what you are looking for - they help to tone your muscle and lose weight.
