I need to lose about 15-20Ibs by May 8th. I need some help. I know I need to evaluate my diet and exercise. How much is enough? Is 500calories of burnt calories enough each day? Its so difficult to workout the stomach:(. What is a good exercise to tighten and tone the back? IS redline a good product to use? I think I am immune to hydroxycut. It has no effect on me. If I use some products for weightloss I will use it very lightly. I also need to tone and shrink my arms.. help!
