i just started working out Monday and i been sore all over and i just want to sleep most of the time dose anyone have any advice please i cant afforded to go to a gym to work out ether

It is normal to be sore when you first start working out. Take it easy, don't push yourself too hard in the beginning. It will get easier.
Someone else can probably help you with that. I've been a member since 2005 and just figured out how to fill mine out properly. Go figure, it was a fluke and I can't remember how I did it. ha ha. Good luck.
