So I've been working out at the gym for 3 months now, and 2 months before that of at home fitness. Ive been eating lots of calories and taking some calorie shakes. I work on heavy lifting to bulk up the musscle. Im 6'1 weighing at 127 lbs and Ive lost 8lbs I dont understand when Im trying trying to gain mass.I dont do any cardio work outs, but I do walk 2.5km to school and back. If anyone could give me some reasons why I seem to be loosing weight when Ive noticed ive been gaining muscle?
