I just joined a gym and had my orientation today. Was give a "all over" workout regimen, although not specific to "just me", I feel I can stick to it and be successful.
My question is: I am a diet pill junkie (need to see quick results or get discouraged).( I need to incorporate exercise and diet and am not sure how to do so. What SMALL and QUICK things can I snack on to keep my metabolism going w/out gaining ANYTHING? :(
First things first...this is a lifestyle change not a quick fix. If you can't accept that then it won't matter what you do. And results won't happen overnight.
