hey i'm am so freaking lost when it comes to losing wieght. I'm 186lbs and about 5'6. I've been trying to lose the pounds for 2 months but its been extremely hard. I have acess to the gym but I am completley lost when it comes to excercise. I'm not sure what i should do, for how long, and how intense. My friends say i should start a protein enriched diet and do some weight lifting to burn the fat and increase muscle...but i'm just not sure what i should do.
