I am at the same point, how to I enter or find out how many calroeies are in lasgna. I don't know how to do this.

harderpa, don't eat lasagna if you want to hit bikini shape.:big_smile: Seriously, I'd just google that one but everybody makes it differently.

Check out the "grocery list for healthy eating" in the nutrition section of the message boards. Get a good calorie counting book. Set up a workout that suits your goals and go to work. Start at fitness profile and inbox.

You could also try a google search of the individual ingredients that you use to make your lasagna. Both of you need to beware of the calorie estimator on this site though. It tends to estimate high. My advice is to first overhaul your diet to fit your fitness goals. Second, get set up with the proper strength training routine that works for your schedule(it'll be under weight loss and tone). And third, pair up a cardio program with the strength training. Perhaps 20 minutes of moderate cardio after lifting, and longer, tougher sessions in-between lifting days.
