I am about 165 lbs./6.05" tall, and over the summer I gained about 10 pounds of mass (to 175 lbs.), and now in this past month, I have lost it all. I used supplements and ate well, but I took a month break and just ate normally. Obviously I lost the weight because I wasn't eating as much as the previous summer months, but this leads me to the question of as time goes on in the future, do I have to keep eating like a horse to MAINTAIN the weight I want? I am a junior hockey player and a sport like hockey burns calories at a tremendous rate. If you gain enough weight, can you get to the point where you don't have to eat as much as when you were bulking to keep it? Or if you don't, will you lose it all? I would like to get to 190-200 lbs. I am sure there are more experienced people who can easily answer this question. Thanks!

Hockey is a high cardio workout, and if you dont have enough carbs in your system, will canabalize your muscle tissue for energy. You need to continue your diet, make sure you have plenty of carbs for your games, and continue to weight train to keep your size. If you aren't using the muscle, it's going to go away.
