Diana..nice song,(I think I just dated myself!), You will have to train hard with resistance, cardio, and diet. The fat will shed away.
Good luck.

If you fill out your profile we can help you more, but with really no info about you it's hard to say.
Just working your abs will not do it. We cannot spot reduce, so a total body workout is the key. By doing your abs only, you are developping your ab muscles, and they will get firmer and only make you look bigger in that area as they will still have the layer of fat over them.
Hope this makes sense.

Yea, makes sence. I am also aware that there are other areas that need to be worked on to help this specific area I want. Well, if you dont mind, what kind of info on me do you need so you can help me. I do have a profile set up with ft. Is that what you mean??

Diana, fill out your nutritional profile and take a look at the FT suggestions. It will seem like a lot of food but if you do the exercise and cardio program your body needs fuel. If you undereat, your body will burn fat and muscle which is what you don't want.
It also helps to boost your metabolism by eating 5 or 6 smaller meals a day. The love handles will go away only with proper diet and exercise. Diet is probably 80%

The love handles and ab fat are the most difficult to lose and the last thing one usually loses.
