any special home excercises to help diminish love handles? I keep hearing that the stomach is all about diet...but I thought I'd ask anyways...

signup for 12 week ab prgm and it'll tell you every what you want to know. it'll be at the bottom of your reg exercise prgm. i'm in week 2 and i've already noticed improvements. you can't spot train, but it sure feels much better to know that when the fat does come off-there'll be some muscle underneath.

I don't think I can do the ab program because I'm working from home (no money to go to the gym)...but thanks for the advice

i'm in 2nd week and so far only 1 exercise really needed to be done in gym for more resistance. the seated twists-but they do suggest a way to use a broom. it can't hurt to try it out.

Cardio with your home program will really help. The 2 work wonders.

diet! and excersize lol, yup there is no such thing as spot reduction as ravenwolf had said...getting down to a considerable low body fat will make all your muscles show...

im 38 years old, and i used to be a gymnast when i was younger but after that work and kids got in the way and my energy level plumited! now i weigh 149!and im 5'2! scarey! i tried to click the ab program too and it wouldnt let me. all my fat is in my stomache and sexy flew out the window!! i want my sexy back! please help!
