Hey im mikey im 23/m from nj..i love to work out but i want to develop my body more, ecspially my abs...well anyone has good advice on abs and a diet let me to know..write mail....cool

Hey i'm kevin want to work desperately on my abs. really frustrating. want to be able to take off shirt when I'm dancing in da club.

Don't give up, it takes a little time to shed the last fat (and get the abs showing!) but with a little stubborness and patience you'll get there!

Welcome guys. Philia2's quite right. Gotta slim way down for the abs to show well. That's usually the harder part.. building them isn't too bad. Check out the ab routine on this site.

hey guys, welcome to FT. If u wanna get ur abs to show you have to do daily ab workouts and lower your body fat percentage. to start off with the workouts, just do 150 crunches in the morning and b4 you go to bed, and 50 leg raises in the morning and b4 you go to bed. start a slight diet, then increase it every week by cutting the calories a bit more. and do 45 minutes of cardio every day. once you get your body fat percentage down to 11-15 percent and have done ab workouts, your abs wil show greatly!!!! jus follow that routine and oyu will have them. My body fat percentage is now at 13% and i can see my 6 pack in the sunlight, but now in the dark, but im working on it!!!
