I have about 11 to 12% body fat and cant get rid of my love handles i dont get it, i run every day(except sunday) but i just cant get rid of my love handles. I have the outline of a six pack and i am pretty thin, this is a trait from my dad that i want to get rid of. so are their any exercises for this. My mom says vinegar kills fat but it tastes bad and is a last resort. So are their any exercises that i can do that can help me.
Ps. how can i strengthen my lower back

Ohh yeah i work out six times a weak also. its so hard to try and gain weight and loose the love handles.**sigh**

Love handles are mostly diet. Too much cardio can cost muscle.
You can strengthen your lower back with supermans, hyperextensions, light goodmornings, deadlifts , squats and lots of other exercises. Why don't you try one of the FT workout plans. They cover the whole body.

which work out would you suggest. Ohh yeah i am 6 foot, and weigh 140 if that will help any.

lay off the sidebends if your doing any, because they tend to cause the underlying muscles of lovehandles to bulk up
