hello everyone i joined the site about a week ago...i showed this site to my boyfriend and made myself a member..i have lost 2 pounds and 1%bodyfat......this site is so cool...cool...cool...my cardio is 60 min daily and weights and jog on my days off(lol)2 miles (for now)....love this site and hope to hear from everybody..
