Hi everyone. I am new...new to fitness, nutrition, most everything. I have made a goal to get into decent shape by summer. As I said above, I have never counted calories or had an excercise plan. I had desire, but did not know where to start. The nutrition tracker is absolutely awesome! I only found this site yesterday, and have to say it is more helpful than anything I have ran into in the past. I am not sure what I am doing at this point, but with the help of this site, I know I will get there!
