CK, I know the feeling. Unfortunately you cannot spot reduce any part of your body. You can strengthen your obliques by exercise, oblique crunches and twists, but fat has to come off through it's own design.

Your diet..i.e...calorie deficit will loose those love handles. Unfortunately, all the oblique and twists in the world will not affect them. At the most, it will indirectly with more work performed(more calorie burn), but it will not directly affect them. You will be better served by increasing intensity of your workouts, such as more supersets, this will in essence aid your caloric deficit, a supersetting workout can be almost as good as a HIIT cardio workout if done correctly. Work with your diet, this is the main culprit. 99% of the time, this is why you still have love handles. In order to tap into your fat stores, you must create a caloric deficit.

id recommend workin all of it into ur scheduele, a descent diet, abs muscle strenthening, and a descent cardio workout either 30 mins of joggin, or sumthing like an hour of swimming, (my personal favourite, 5 times a wk, before work, neva felt so gud) good luck m8 :dumbbell:

Okay, you all mentioned diet to lose the lovehandles, what if some ppl such as myself just CAN'T stick to a diet to save their life? how do you get rid of them then?? or am i/we doomed to a life of a not so perfect tummy?

Well... I hate to be negative, but if you can't stick to a diet, I'd say you don't want to lose that baby pouch anything like enough.
It's all about goals, if you want to lose it, you'll stick to the diet.

It's the only way I'm afraid, a calorie deficit.

I can't believe that question was just asked.

Everybody wants to go to heaven, but no body wants to die.
