Hi just curious on what the best way to get rid of love handles are? I am currently doing crunches along with my regular strength traing regime and cardio ( I run 2 miles a day, 15 minutes ecliptical trainer and stationary bike.)If anyone can reccommend more exercises please let me know.!!!! Diet, exercise. No such thing as spot training, though you can build up the muscles within certain areas by exercise, you can't lose weight in a specific area. Good luck to you! :)

Diet is everything...your efforts are not helping if you keep shovelling crap down your throat.
