Hey Ive been trying to loose a little weight for ages as after being ill for a while i couldnt exersize much and have put on way to much weight i am 16 and weigh about 140 pounds and am 5 foot 4 i have tryed alot of calorie diets but dont know the calories of everything i east as i have to have my dinner in school and i cant check anything i dont ear any other meat apart for chicken and i was wondering if anybody knew some simple low cal recipies thanks shelly xx
Hi. I would recommend getting a fat/carb calorie counter book at the bookstore. This will help you get an idea of how many calories are in certain foods.
