Any recommendations on what to get? I eat tuna/bean sprouts/etc. for lunch at work - not the most pleasant breath after.
Thanks!

i found that alot of those just end up giving me a bad case of dry cotton-mouth. so i bring along my toothpaste and brush.

Ah... well the dry/cotton mouth I can handle; bringing toothbrush and paste I can't :)
I drink a good amount of water so I'm willing to put up with a little discomfort in the mouth.

Altoids--The Original Celebrated CURIOUSLY STRONG Mints...can you tell I have a tin at my desk? I like wintergreen flavor the best.

Altoids are made with sugar and can actually make your breath worse. Blitz mints are the best in my opinion. They're made with sucralose (sugar derivative) and have no calories. And since there is no actual sugar you will have less tarter build-up, thus better breath.

Thanks for the heads-up! I was just gonna head out to pick some up.
So basically, anything with sucralose or artificial sweeteners is what I should be looking at?

Another good bad breath killer is PARSLEY! Kills garlic and onions too! Thats why its seved on the plates in some restaurants. It's really not there for decor! :)

I use those Listerine Strips. I'm not sure what the nutritional values are, but seeing as how you really don't swallow anything, it couldn't be that bad.
